How to get your boyfriend to trust you?

I love my boyfriend and he loves me well I think. He says he does. But he doesn't trust me. But he also says he trusts me but he really doesn't. Okay, so there's this guy and he likes me and he told his friend that I flirt with him. Which I don't. I would never do such a thing. But his friend told my boyfriend and he texted me and he's like ';your flirting with Ethan, aren't you.'; And he also said ';your texting him and not me right now.';


I actually was sleeping and I wasn't texting anyone. But I talked to him and said that wasn't true and he says that he's sorry and he'll trust me from now on but little things keep happening like that. And he really doesn't trust me.
