don't worry about-you probably wont know unless you see it. if you doubt his commitment to you something is going on to make you feel this way. ask him if he is interested in other women and take it from there
if u know ur selves well , then u can get to know it the next second ur partner cheats but it depends if he works so hard and gets tired all the times, u can't detect but if he is not tired, not sick, not angry and you feel him and he does not react as usual, then his been satisfied else where.
You'll never know for sure, we all flirt a little and it can be harmless. Setting him up would only hurt you! My BF worked in a bar and spent every night surrounded by women half my size, in tighter, shorter clothes than I could ever wear and they hit on him all the time.
